Beginning
|
Designed specifically for the student new to yoga or new to the Iyengar method of yoga. These classes introduce the student to the beginning poses and the basic principles of alignment. All students are welcome and encouraged to take at least 8-12 regular classes in a semester. Please come 15 minutes early to register.

Begin/Cont
|
A mixed level class designed for all people. Props will be used to assist the student in their poses. Standing poses, twists, forward and back bends plus the introduction of inversions will be taught.

Continuing
|
A class designed for the student who completed at least 8 weeks of the Beginning class and has a basic understanding of the asanas. The next level of asanas will be introduced allowing for a greater sense of flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. As one furthers their practice the benefits become even greater.

Women's Class
|
A class designed to meet the needs of women. Come and explore the different sequences designed to quiet the mind, calm the nerves, strengthen the hips and open the heart.

|
Pranayama/Restorative
|
We will be doing both reclining and seated postures while practicing the different methods of breath work.
|
|
Teen Yoga
|
All teens from the community are welcome. Please come and join me on Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 for an hour of yoga. We will explore all the different areas of asana to awaken your spirit and quiet your minds! Class fee $5.00.
